Shorty, Its great to hear that you are on the mend. Fred Wright gave me the e-mail address to get on this webpage and I have been checking your progress. I am so glad that you are going to be back at the Ranch this summer. Bennie and I had dinner with David Manago and his wife before your accident and they were excited to have their group back up there this season. It will be a relief to them that you will be there. Get Well As Fast as You Can. The canyon would not be the same without you. Bill

Latest Update from Shortness: The wheel chair races aren't going over very well. There are too many old people, flat tires and broken spokes. Maybe these people will get with the program soon and we can really have the races!
So much for that... the good news is I will get to go to Rhonda's on May 16th. Stephanie will be taking care of me while I'm there so Rhonda can get back to work full time. I don't know how long I will be there but at least I will get out of here for awhile!
I am overwhelmed with all the friends that I have. The cards, flowers and blogs are just unreal. Rhonda has my room wall covered in get well cards.
A new addition to the picture page is sugar and her new stud colt. Also Candy had a little filly on the same day. I can't wait to see them!
I'll write more later, god bless each of you! Shorty

HEH Shorty - Get Missy on your lap and get yourself and that wheelchair over to Rhonda's and keep up the rehab....................good going!!! Just keep hanging in there one day at a time ----------one hour at a time if it gets too impossible. Do not learn to pop a wheelie in a wheelchair...............had a friend that had a pretty bad mishap doing that and ended up in the hospital longer! Sure know Missy will make a great therapy dog. Frankie was a great "Grief Therapy" dog. They are lots better than human counselors. Eat well.............much love, Kathy (kako), Neal and Frankfurter................give em Texas hell. DAdo is having a little extra whiskey on your behalf since he knows they won't bring you your wine from Dietary Department!!

I am so computer illiterate that I am not even sure that I properly sent my last message. You are in our prayers. We were at the cabin over the week-end and sure missed you!! Love you! Donna McRae
